Welcome to Linkde ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Our Services

We provide tools to shorten URLs, generate QR codes, and create "Link in Bio" pages. These services are available to both registered users and non-registered guests ("Guests").

  • Guest Usage: Guests may create short URLs and QR codes. Any data created by a Guest, including links and QR codes, is temporary and will be automatically deleted seven (7) days after creation.
  • Registered Users: Registered users can save their data indefinitely, manage their links, and create a public bio page.

3. User Conduct

You are responsible for all content you create and share through our Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create links to or content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
  • Distribute malware, spam, phishing sites, or any other malicious content.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Linkde be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
